    截至今年6月,護理人員執業率僅62.5%,護理人力不足,導致醫院關床、急診壅塞,台大醫院帶頭推出部分工時回聘護理師機制。台大醫院兼職護理師傅麗華,退休前在該院婦科病房服務32年,於去年12月起循回聘機制,至急診後送病房擔任護理師。她表示,回流任職可與學弟妹交流專業技能、提攜後輩,持續貢獻專業技能,除非必須回家照顧孫子,不然會想持續任職。護理師屬高危勞動,加上台大醫院為公務體系,55歲即可退休。傅麗華表示,她在112年,屆齡55歲退休,並於113年12月回任護理師,且陸續介紹2位退休同仁,回到台大醫院任職。院內護理同仁多為舊識,加上照顧家人的階段性任務告結,空閒時間較多,且知道醫院護理人力吃緊,因此同意回任,並選擇在急診後送病房任職。傅麗華說,她退休前擔任婦科病房護理長,為外科系病房,急診後送病房是內科系病房,做此選擇的原因,除因急診後送病房缺人,也因為想到不同性質病房歷練;兼職護理師排班間彈性,她每周約排班2至3天,認為自由度算是蠻高,且不會被臨時召回上班,多數緊急狀況,病房全職同仁及護理長都會扛下來。台大醫院回聘護理師對象,包括離職護理師及退休護理師。傅麗華表示,採回聘制度護理師,為兼任性質,薪資方面為時薪制,她領有月退俸,可滿足經濟需求,但對於年輕時就離開崗位,未及退休年齡的護理師,因兼職工作畢竟有薪資落差,也許選擇正職工作較為合適。對她而言,兼職讓她持續在護理職場,貢獻專業技能知識,分享生活經驗、指導新人技能,盼幫助學弟妹更願意留任。傅麗華說,因臨床工作經驗豐富,護理工作駕輕就熟,只要體能還能負荷,應可持續就任,因工作彈性,抱持與老朋友對談互動的心情,持續退而不休,反而「蠻舒壓」,加上現階段沒有其他私人事務需要處理,因此沒有想過何時卸下兼職護理師工作,「目前還沒想到那裡,除非有孫子了才考慮不做,回去帶孫。」【看原文連結】更多udn報導

  • 各地天氣高溫炎熱,中央氣象署今天(31日)早上發布高溫資訊,白天台北市、新北市、彰化縣為橙色燈號,有連續出現攝氏36度高溫的機率。氣象專家吳德榮表示,各地今天仍高溫炎熱,中午前後留意紫外線達危險級;本周在台灣東方遠海有熱帶系統發展的機會,成颱機率約50%,預估通過琉球往日本移動。

    氣象署表示,今天各地大多為多雲到晴,東南部、恆春半島及清晨的中南部地區有零星短暫陣雨;午後桃園以南地區及其他山區則有局部短暫雷陣雨,對流發展旺盛時,容易出現局部較大雨勢,午後外出須留意天氣變化。各地高溫普遍為32至35度,台北、新北及彰化有局部36度以上高溫發生的機率,中午前後紫外線偏強,容易達過量、甚至危險等級,外出須做好防曬措施,並多補充水分。中央大學大氣科學系兼任副教授吳德榮今天在氣象應用推廣基金會的「洩天機教室」專欄表示,最新歐洲系集模式模擬顯示,本周在台灣東方遠海有「熱帶系統」活動,發展成颱的機率約50%,其系集平均路徑偏北進行,通過琉球附近,再大迴轉、向東北威脅日本,個別系集模擬路徑則分散在兩側,顯示其「不確定性」,應持續觀察。明天天氣如何?一周天氣預報吳德榮表示,最新歐洲模式模擬顯示:
  • 明日至周三(1至3日)南方水氣稍增,各地多雲時晴,北台仍偏熱;東半部及恆春半島偶有局部短暫降雨的機率,午後山區有局部陣雨或雷雨,偶有擴及部分平地的機率,需注意局部大雷雨。

  • 周四、五(4、5日)各地晴朗酷熱,北部高溫達38度,中午前後紫外線危險級,要防曬、防中暑;午後山區有局部陣雨或雷雨的機率。

  • 周六(6日)南方水氣稍增,各地多雲時晴,北台仍偏熱;東半部及恆春半島偶有局部短暫降雨的機率,午後山區有局部陣雨或雷雨,偶有擴及部分平地的機率。
